We rely on the invaluable contributions of volunteers, who play an integral role in fulfilling every part of our mission. Our goal is to offer volunteers unique and diverse opportunities that not only assist them in advancing their academic, professional, or personal aspirations but also inspire them to be stewards within their community.
Animal Care Team
Animal care volunteers assist in day-to-day operations at our wildlife hospital and learn about wildlife husbandry and medical care for a wide array of species.
Education Team
Education volunteers attend and facilitate classroom, outreach, and professional events to help educate the community about wildlife, coexistence, and our mission.
Transport Team
Transport volunteers play a crucial role in getting wildlife patients to where they need to be. They assist in inter-facility transfers, releases, and some local transports.
Youth Volunteer Team
Youth volunteers develop valuable skills, gain experience, and make a difference in the lives of wild animals. They work in the facility alongside our staff and other volunteers to care for the animals and the facility.
